Guidelines for filling the application (online)

  1. Check the website/college office for details.

  2. Make sure of the course you are applying for.

  3. Students of ISC, CBSE, both Karnataka and Non-Karnataka, and other Boards awaiting their results are required to submit their application online without entering the marks from 25th February, 2021 onwards. On the announcement of result update your XII Standard marks on or before the deadlines mentioned.

  4. Candidate should have a personal Email ID, as well as parents Email ID and Mobile numbers.

  5. You can pay a Non-Refundable application fee of Rs. 700/- for the programme through Online Payment gateway Mode.

  6. Candidates should have a valid Credit Card / Debit Card or Net Banking facility to proceed further. In Case NRI, PIO, OCI and Foreign National who do not have a valid Debit Card/Credit Card issued by Registered Indian Banks, can pay application processing fee through online made in favor of The Principal, St Joseph’s College of Commerce payable at Bengaluru.

  7. Have a scanned copy of the recently taken passport size (35mm X 45mm or 98px X 128px) color photograph (soft copy), with photograph (formal attire) with white background and less than 100 KB. (MM= Millimetre; Px =Pixels) in jpg/jpeg format. The photo should not be blurred or defaced. Selfies and cropped images are not acceptable.

  8. Have a scanned copy of Signature of the Student with size less than 100 KB. in jpg/jpeg format. Use a Black Ball pen only.

  9. The college does not accept capitation/donations for admissions. In case such a demand is made by anyone you are requested to bring it to the notice, in writing, to the Principal of the College or the Vice President, Bangalore Jesuit Educational Society, Jesuit Nivas, 35, Museum Road, Bengaluru– 560 025.

  10. X Std. Marks Card to be used as a reference document to enter your personal details such as name, parent name, date of birth etc.

  11. Marks of the respective subjects including that of languages should be included.

  12. Copy of Marks card(s) of the final examination of 10th standard/11th standard/I PUC or the 12th standard /II PUC, if available has to be entered where ever applicable.

  13. Copy of degree marks card(s) of all semesters/years for Post Graduate applicants.

  14. In the event of cancellation of admission from the programme the fee refund is as per the UGC regulation. The application processing fees and admission registration fees is Non-refundable.

  15. The decision of the Admission Committee, St. Joseph’s College of Commerce Bengaluru, will be final and binding in all matters concerning admission.

  16. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be automatically rejected.

  17. Ignorance of the guidelines is not an excuse
