TEDxSJCC – Ticket Terms & Conditions

Please review the official terms and conditions for attending TEDxSJCC 2026.

  1. This ticket is valid only for admission to the TEDxSJCC event on the date and at the venue specified on the ticket.
  2. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged without prior approval from the organisers.
  3. Attendees must present a valid ticket/confirmation along with a valid ID at the registration desk. Entry will be permitted only after successful verification.
  4. Attendees may be required to wear the ID card issued during registration throughout the event.
  5. Attendees are requested to complete the registration process within the stipulated time. Late arrival may result in restricted access to certain sessions.
  6. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except on occasions otherwise announced by the organisers.
  7. The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, venue arrangements or timings, if circumstances require.
  8. By attending the event, participants acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded. Such photographs, videos and recordings may be used by the organisers for documentation, promotional and social media purposes.
  9. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately towards speakers, volunteers, staff and fellow participants. The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person engaging in disruptive or unacceptable behaviour.
  10. Outside food, alcohol, smoking/vaping products, weapons and any other items are not permitted.
  11. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal items.
  12. Food and refreshments, if provided, will be arranged as specified by the organisers.
  13. All attendees must comply with venue security procedures and follow instructions issued by the organisers, venue personnel and volunteers.
  14. The organisers reserve the right to take necessary decisions regarding entry, participation and event conduct to ensure a smooth, and safe conduct of the event.
