Ashely is known for her enthusiastic and spirited personality. Ashely’s excitement is contagious, and it is this drive that pushes her to excel in her responsibilities.

She believes in the importance of bringing change when necessary, and her tenure in the B.Com Newsroom serving as the Assistant Coordinator reflects this philosophy. This position honed her skills in ideation and boosted her confidence, transforming her from someone who simply wanted the role into someone who knew she was capable of fulfilling it. Her leadership has already left a mark, having previously independently organized Finovate and planning to elevate BPM events to intercollegiate level.

Proud of the changes she has implemented, Ashely has introduced several new initiatives, including for BPM and multiple others for her other collegiate associations. Her vision and commitment to improvement have made her a pivotal figure in the department, constantly striving to innovate and inspire those around her.
