Dr. Sheela is an academician and avid researcher. The teacher experience spans over two decades, and has taught in many degree colleges as well as in B schools like ICFAI, Gem B school, Bangalore. She is interested in research work and especially in socio economic fields. She has worked for various research projects which are development oriented. She worked as an IQAC coordinator and has undertaken the responsibility of quality assurance in various areas of curriculum and pedagogic delivery.
