As a teacher, I had the privilege of teaching for three years in a few colleges, where I gained a vast amount of experience and improved various areas of my teaching practice. I was able to improve my classroom management skills, learning how to create a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation. It also helped to improve the lesson planning and delivery, creating lessons that were not only informative but also engaging and interactive for my students. Through the work with diverse groups of students, it was possible to develop an inclusive teaching style that ensures all students have equal access to education. Was able to gain experience in creating and grading assessments and using data to inform instruction. Finally, has been able improve my communication skills, learning how to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Overall, the three years of teaching were an invaluable learning experience that has helped me grow as an educator.
