Ms. Natya is pursuing her PhD from the University of Mysore. She completed her M.Com in 2013 from Christ Deemed to be University, Bangalore, qualified her KSET in December 2018 and is a ACCA tutor affiliate for Strategic Business Leader from December 2022. She worked as a lecturer in Sri Bhaghawan Mahaveer Jain independent PU college from 2013-15, and thereafter, as an Assistant Professor from 2015-16 in Bhaghawan Mahaveer Jain College. During her tenure at Sri Bhaghawan Mahaveer Jain institutions, she was the faculty coordinator for the cultural forum Aykya (2014-15).

She also served as an adjunct faculty at the Department of Professional Studies at Christ Deemed To Be University, from January 2018- October 2019. Ms. Natya is a dynamic, enthusiastic, and hardworking person. She was the runner-up of Freshie Queen (2008) at Jyoti Nivas College (Autonomous), from where she completed her B.Com in 2011. She is interested in upgrading her knowledge and advancing her technical capabilities to be a better facilitator to her students. Currently, she is serving as the Associations' Coordinator at SJCC.
