She is completed her M.Com from Mount Carmel College, specialized in Income Tax and Cost Accounting. In 2008 she completed her M.Phil in Entrepreneurship from Madurai Kamaraj University. She began her teaching career in 1998 and joined St.Joseph’s Pre-University College in 2000. She headed the Department of Commerce at St. Joseph’s Pre University College from 2000 onwards. She also fulfilled the responsibilities of Student Welfare Officer, Student Counsellor and Director of the Commerce Association at St. Joseph’s Pre University College. Simultaneously she worked at St. Joseph’s Evening College as a lecturer from 1998. She joined SJCC as a lecturer in June 2009 and handles subjects such as Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Entrepreneurship Development and Principles of Management, Strategic Financial Management and Impex Procedures for B.Com, BBM, M.Com and MIB . She served in the capacity of Head of the Department of BBM from 2013-2016. She is Coordinating the activities of Equal Opportunity Cell of SJCC.
