Guidelines for filling out the application:

• Online submission of Application forms by candidates pursuing /completing undergraduate programmes can be done from 21 st March 2025 onwards.
• Candidates are required to provide their email, parent's email, and mobile numbers for communication purposes.
• Candidate will have to pay the application fee of Rs.700/- which is non-refundable. The fee has to be paid through the Online Payment gateway.
• Candidates must have a scanned copy of the recent colour passport size (35mm X 45mm or 98px X 128px) photograph in formal attire on a white background in less than 100 KB. (MM= Millimetre; px =Pixels) in jpg/jpeg format. The photo should not be blurred or defaced. Selfies and cropped images are not acceptable.
• Class X | XII | UG Marks Card to be used as a reference document to enter personal details such as name, parent name, date of birth etc.
• Marks for each subject should be entered in the marks field.
• A copy of the final examination Marks card of Class X, Class XII and UG (if available) must be uploaded as required.
• Incomplete or incorrect applications will be automatically rejected.

Step 1
Application form to be filled (fill in all applicable fields) and submitted online through the college website (www.sjcc.edu.in).
Step 2
On payment of the application fee and submission of the online form, please note down the 8- digit Application Number generated by the software. The same should be quoted for all further correspondences during the admission process.
Step 3
The final list of the provisionally selected candidates and the schedule of the interview/orientation can be viewed on the website and applicant login. Provisionally selected candidates will be intimated through applicant login/E-mail.
Step 4
Applicants who are selected for the interview should bring along with them the hard copy of:
• Online application form
• Aadhar card
• Class X marks card
• Class XII marks card
• Degree marks cards of all semesters
• Caste certificate (if Applicable)
• Parish priest letter (if Catholic)

  If the “Payment processing output page/application number” is not displayed on your monitor due to power failure or Internet link failure after the deduction of the amount, then go to My Applications (in your logins), use the payment enquire button to update the payment status, and generate the application.
