Mr. Gladson. J has completed his MSW (Masters in Social Work) from the St. Joseph’s college, Bangalore in the year 2014.
He thereafter started working in Caritas India - CBRForum (Community Based Rehabilitation Forum), as a Programe Officer. He headed projects in five states and focused mainly on educating
tribal people on the issues of the differently-abled.
In the year 2016, he started the organization called Hand in Hand Charitable Trust, along with his passionate
friend and a project called 'Rupantara' (an after school program for the Grave-Diggers children).
Which today takes care of children's academic, social and cultural well-being as well as provides for the creative development of the
women who live in the graveyard this program was a result of a Study he had done based on the Living & Working Conditions
of Graveyard Workers in the city of Bangalore.
Gladson also enjoys engaging with young minds and motivating them to change the existing system and therefore has given guest lectures
on various socially relevant topics in different colleges across the city. He currently works as an Assistant Professor
and the Out-Reach coordinato at St. Joseph’s Commerce College.
