With eight years of experience in higher education, Divya Hari Rao is passionate about teaching and believes that every classroom dialogue seeks to enable awareness and critical thinking among students and teachers as well. She believes in focussing on a student-centric approach as being fundamental to learning and bringing in an interdisciplinary approach to language and literature in the contemporary world is essential. She has been a member of board of studies in Bangalore University and has also published few research papers. Apart from teaching, her research interests include travel writing, ecocriticism and cultural studies.
