Dr Shubhra, working in the capacity of an Associate Professor with SJCC close to two decades, is a self-motivated, sincere, dedicated, energetic, versatile, hard-working and result oriented educator. Along with self-authoring books on HRM and Management, presenting research papers at National Level and International level. Possessing a mature and responsible approach to any situation or task that is undertaken, Dr Shubhra believes in creating a positive learning environment enabling the students to bloom to their maximum potential.
