Dr. Shubhra, working in the capacity of an Associate Professor with SJCC for nearly two decades, is a self-motivated, sincere, dedicated, energetic, versatile, hard-working, and result-oriented educator. Along with self-authoring books on HRM and Management, she has presented research papers at both National and International levels. Possessing a mature and responsible approach to any situation or task undertaken, Dr. Shubhra believes in creating a positive learning environment that enables students to bloom to their maximum potential.
