A guest lecture on “Entrepreneurship: Building on a Legacy, Creating the Future” was conducted by SJCC alumnus Mr.AashishWadhwa, Partner at Nirmal’sGlasism. The session explored his journey from the corporate world to entrepreneurship and his experience expanding his family business.
Mr.Wadhwa engaged students through reflective questions on whether to establish a new venture or continue an existing legacy, and how one might approach investing ₹10 lakhs. An interactive activity, where students pitched and challenged business ideas, further encouraged practical thinking and healthy debate.
The session offered meaningful insights into legacy-driven entrepreneurship, giving students a broader perspective on the varied paths one can take when building a business.

He also discussed the growing impact of AI in business, explaining how automation is reshaping roles and why future professionals must focus on creativity, strategic thinking, and adaptability.

A guest lecture on “The Power of Operations” was conducted for the students of 1 BBA A on 11th November 2025 in AV Room 2, led by Ms. Cheryl Fernandes, Lead of Operations at Informatica. Ms. Cheryl delivered an engaging and highly interactive session, breaking down key operational concepts through practical examples from Informatica and global brands such as Starbucks. She highlighted how efficient operational processes, supply chain management, and strategic decision-making directly influence business performance and customer experience.
