St. Joseph’s College of Commerce has paved the way for international exchange programmes through its international twinning initiatives, Cultural Exchange and Summer Abroad Programmes. These programmes are an enriching and refining experience at many levels. They steer personal and professional development among students by kindling creative ideas, strengthening relationships and instilling cultural sensitivity. In recognition of the said objectives, the Institution has collaborated with Swansea University -UK, Kobe College -Japan, Eastern Institute of Technology - New Zealand, Seattle University- USA, MAHSA – Malaysia, Montpellier Business School- France, Dulles University, USA.

Swansea University is a research-intensive institution known for its commitment to innovation, exploration, and academic excellence. It shares several core values with St. Joseph’s College of Commerce (SJCC), particularly a shared dedication to delivering high-quality education and fostering holistic student development. Over the years, SJCC has cultivated a strong and enduring partnership with Swansea University. This collaboration aims to further strengthen ties by exploring new avenues for joint academic initiatives and mutually enriching activities. Since 2010, undergraduate students from SJCC have been actively participating in the 1+2 year transfer programme, which has opened doors to global exposure, cross-cultural learning, and international academic advancement.

Kobe College is a prestigious institution of higher education for women, dedicated to the liberal arts and sciences. In a shared commitment to academic excellence and global engagement, Kobe College and St. Joseph’s College of Commerce (SJCC) have developed a dynamic partnership that includes both semester exchange and cultural exchange programmes.
Through this collaboration, students and faculty from both institutions participate in enriching cross-cultural experiences. The cultural exchange programme typically includes lectures on global economic and social issues, communicative language classes, workshops on traditional crafts, and visits to historical sites and local industries. Complementing this is the semester exchange opportunity, which allows students to immerse themselves in a new academic environment, broaden their global perspective, and engage in meaningful intercultural dialogue. Together, these initiatives foster a spirit of mutual learning, cultural appreciation, and academic collaboration between the two institutions.

The Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT) is a renowned institution in New Zealand offering a wide spectrum of qualifications across certificate, diploma, degree, and postgraduate levels. In collaboration with St. Joseph’s College of Commerce (SJCC), EIT has established a partnership aimed at promoting academic exchange and global learning opportunities.
This collaboration enables students to benefit from international exposure, cross-cultural experiences, and a broader academic perspective through joint initiatives and educational pathways.

Seattle University is a Jesuit Catholic university located in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. As the largest independent university in the Northwestern United States, SU serves over 7,500 students across undergraduate and graduate programmes and is a member of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU).
St. Joseph’s College of Commerce (SJCC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Seattle University to foster collaboration and direct engagement among students, faculty, and staff. This partnership focuses on joint initiatives in research, teaching, and the organization of academic events such as conferences, lectures, and seminars. The collaboration is designed to create enriching academic and cultural exchanges that benefit both institutions.

MAHSA University established in 2004 by Professor Tan Sri Dr.Hj. It is a leading institution in Malaysia recognized as an Online University by the Ministry of Education. With a vision to excel in fields such as Medicine, Health Sciences, Business, IT, and Engineering, MAHSA is committed to advancing research and innovation aligned with the goals of IR4.0. St. Joseph’s College of Commerce (SJCC) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with MAHSA University to foster collaboration in practice-based education, research, and knowledge exchange. Both institutions aim to promote cultural, academic, and scientific cooperation through lectures, seminars, joint research, publications, and student exchange programmes.

Montpellier Business School (MBS), founded in 1897, is an internationally recognized French management school committed to inclusive, responsible, and sustainable business education. With a strong focus on preparing future leaders for a sustainable economic transition, MBS provides high-quality training to both french and international students. St. Joseph’s College of Commerce (SJCC) has established a formal partnership with MBS to promote academic collaboration, enhance global learning opportunities, and facilitate joint initiatives in education, research, and student mobility.
